Bringing Big Finance a decade of web & UX expertise, sharpened by growth-focused omnichannel marketing.
I'm Sean — a web content manager, UX author, and omnichannel digital marketer with close to ten years spent building and refining websites, from early wireframes to on-brand, on-page builds. I've also managed the content and performance tracking behind omnichannel marketing programs — funnel webpages, lead-gen landing pages, organic and paid social, and email nurture campaigns.
I'm looking for my next role in the finance industry, where I can craft excellent user experiences while marketing the mission and products of an ambitious organization.
Digital Web Content Manager / UX Author / Wilmington, DE

From small agency roots to global enterprise web teams
My path here started at a small agency serving local businesses, then scaled into enterprise marketing teams at Barclays, Celanese, DuPont, and Chemours — genuinely different environments that sharpened both the technical and strategic sides of the work.
Web Content Authoring & Management
Day to day, this means planning wireframes, building and QA'ing pages in AEM and Sitecore, and adapting CSS and components to brand and device requirements — always with an eye toward reducing friction for visitors, leads, and customers. In regulated, high-stakes environments especially, that also means working cleanly within structured approval workflows (like Adobe Workfront), so every published page is accurate, on-brand, and audit-ready before it goes live.
Digital Marketing for Global Business Teams
Alongside the web work, I've managed the digital marketing programs built on top of it — content calendars, lead-gen offers, and the reporting that ties it back to measurable growth, including taking a corporate LinkedIn channel from 12K to 27K followers in two years.
That work has rarely happened in a vacuum. At each of these companies, I've operated inside large, matrixed organizations — coordinating input and approvals across Marketing, Communications, Product/R&D, and Leadership stakeholders, running SME interviews to get technical details right, and incorporating revisions for brand tone or regulatory carefulness before anything published. I've also owned the other side of that relationship: presenting regular M/M, Q/Q, and H/H performance reporting on omnichannel programs to those same stakeholders, and fielding their questions directly in multi-hour review meetings.

Sean played an integral role in several major initiatives, including the rebranding efforts for Deposits, Hawaiian, and Luxury Card. These projects required close collaboration across multiple teams, attention to detail, and flawless execution under tight deadlines. Sean consistently delivered, and his professionalism, reliability, and positive attitude made him someone everyone enjoyed working with. He was always willing to jump in wherever needed and could be counted on to produce exceptional results.
Beyond his technical skills, Sean is simply the kind of teammate every organization hopes to have. He's intelligent, collaborative, dependable, and genuinely invested in the success of the team. I have no doubt that he will continue to excel wherever his career takes him, and I would highly recommend him to any organization looking for someone who combines strong content expertise with a fantastic work ethic and an eagerness to learn."

"Sean is an excellent colleague with a strong understanding of digital strategy, execution, and the many moving parts required to bring complex marketing initiatives to life.
In our years working together, Sean consistently helped keep a fast-moving, global team focused and on track. He was effective at aligning priorities, maintaining momentum, and ensuring that deadlines were met while keeping our content funnel moving and our messages reaching the right external audiences.
Beyond his professional strengths, Sean is simply a very pleasant person to work with. He remains calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and is approachable, collaborative, and supportive as a team member. He'll add value — digital expertise with steady, reliable execution — and be a solid, positive, friendly colleague for any organization clever enough to hire him."
"I worked closely with Sean through building a digital ecosystem during two integrations. He never got rattled. He took ever-changing deadlines and priorities from multiple stakeholders in stride."
"I worked closely with Sean through building a digital ecosystem during two integrations. He never got rattled. He took ever-changing deadlines and priorities from multiple stakeholders in stride. It was very easy to strategize together based on his deep knowledge of the technology and its limitations (as well as my limitations). I learned so much from him every time we talked. He's a strategic thinker and pragmatic problem solver."
"I worked with Sean as he pivoted (with absolutely no notice) from a specialist role to a leadership position at a major corporation in the midst of a merger. He took everything in stride and handled the surprise dual-role with grace and courage."
"I worked with Sean as he pivoted (with absolutely no notice) from a specialist role to a leadership position at a major corporation in the midst of a merger. He took everything in stride and handled the surprise dual-role with grace and courage. He jumped in, took on all the challenges, found solutions, and delivered. Every single time. He's a man of his word with a leadership style that will benefit teams large or small."
"Sean's greatest addition to our organization is his ideal combination of free-flowing creativity and process-driven application. He expertly fills the role of Content Writer on our Digital Team at Chemours, where I serve as our Marketing Automation/CRM expert."
"Sean's greatest addition to our organization is his ideal combination of free-flowing creativity and process-driven application. He expertly fills the role of Content Writer on our Digital Team at Chemours, where I serve as our Marketing Automation/CRM expert. On a daily basis, I am taking Sean's words and publishing them on landing pages, emails, web pages, and more.
From the time Sean started with Chemours in 2018, I was pleasantly surprised by his confidence working on a team and bringing best practice tactics driving efficiency, effectiveness, and collaborative communication. One of our first "all hands" meetings started to get too far into the weeds and I will never forget Sean interrupting our conversation to reinforce the initial purpose of our meeting and steering us back on track. With that natural ability, he was given additional responsibility to develop and manage a new, best-in-class content management workflow. The amount of positive change and simplification he has brought to a previously complicated and over-functioning process is significant.
These traits benefit our organization in addition to the superb writing skills Sean brings to the team. Working with multiple products, brands, target audiences, channels, and content mediums, he is able to work quickly and effectively. He has his own work style to keep focused, stay on task, and seamlessly transition from one piece of content to the next. As the administrator of our marketing automation tool, I also manage our analytics and see firsthand how well his copy performs against our overall marketing goals.
Besides producing high quality content and sharing best-practice skills in effectiveness and efficiency with our team, Sean is someone I enjoy working with and look forward to any project we are able to work on together. His sense of humor and healthy optimism are always welcome attributes in our high-demanding work environment. Any organization would benefit from Sean's valuable input, exemplary writing skills, and kind attitude."
